Warwick Club Championship Rules
General Info
A floating committee will be formed to select and vote on the drivers nominated for each award.
One champion plus one runner-up will be selected from each class. There will also be additional random awards across all classes.
Class Championship Qualification Rules
Total points score will be calculated by adding the karters best results of six race meetings.
In order to win a Class Championship drivers MUST complete both a working bee and a club duty for each and every class you enter. These must be performed before the Xmas Meet.
NOTE: If you do not complete a full day working bee and club duty for each class you enter you will not be eligible to be awarded the Championship, even if you have won it. EG. Competing in two classes you need to do 2 working bees and 2 club duties.
Club Points Awarded
10 points for first WKC member over the finish line8 points for second
6 points for third
3 points for fourth
2 points for fifth
1 point for sixth
Working Bee Points
Club members must participate for one full day per class entered and must ensure that their name and class is noted by the committee member who is keeping note of attendance.
Club Duty
Contact the Race Secretary at least one month before the race meeting you are nominating to complete your club duty, juniors must be accompanied by an adult.
Please Note
The WKC committee retain the right to cancel any championships if a member does not abide by the guidelines set out in the membership application form. In the event of a dispute the committees decision will be final.
Championship Points Table To Date
If you notice any errors please email the Secretary. Some names appear in more than one class, this has occurred where karters have changed classes or when the race program has allocated a karter into a different class on different meetings, the points awarded will be merged fairly later in the year.
