Notice is hereby given that Warwick Kart Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 11th September at Sandy Creek Raceway in the stewards room at 5.30pm. All positions will become vacant.
Nominations in writing to be send to the Club Secretary no later than 4th September. Nominations are to be proposed and seconded. Nominations will be accepted from the floor.
Positions Will Be:

Vice President
Junior Vice President
Secretary
Race Secretary
Treasurer
It has been suggested that a Junior Committee be formed, therefore it is imperative that all Warwick Kart Club Junior Members attend the AGM

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS - YOUR HELP IS STILL NEEDED
There is still much to do to ensure our track extensions are completed, so please come and help out. Remember you started out with negative 20 points for the Championship and will receive 10 points for participating in a working bee. Here is your chance to pick up those 10 points.
Practice Times
Standard practice times are 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays before a race meeting and/or Saturdays and Sundays on non-race weekends.
Motors must not be started outside these times.
Please Note: For week day practice please call caretaker (Peter McBain) to arrange for track entry and to pay fees.
Practice Fees
Standard practice times | Members $5.00 Non-members $20.00
Special practice sessions | Members $10.00 Non-members $30.00
A Valid AKA licence must be shown in order to practice
Club membership for year $50.00 Single or $90.00 Family ( membership form on Download Page).
General meetings held at the end of practice at every race meeting in the Office/Stewards Room at 5.00pm. All club members are encouraged to attend.
Remember if you don't attend you will have no input into decisions that affect your club.
